
I was a little apprehensive when heading out the door, slightly fearful that my shins were going to rear their ugly heads. But I forged on and went anyways.

I am really glad I did. I did just as I said I was going to. I pushed as fast as I could and my shins didn't kill me. YAY!!
I went back to the beginning and did 1 min running and 2 min walking, 7 times. When I got home I made sure to stretch out really well and now I am glowing in the aftermath of a good run.
