When I woke this morning it wasn't raining which I was very thankful for because if it did rain I might have bailed. It took some cajoling to get myself out the door this morning (my mind was protesting).
After mentally telling myself I was going whether my mind wanted to or not. I headed out and was pleasantly surprised as my body was into it this morning. I felt stronger and a little faster than I was on Tuesday (also more coordinated). It wasn't long before my mind caught up and enjoyed the run.
Now that I am at home and all sweaty I have to get myself cleaned up and get ready for work. At least I can say I got my run in. Not fast but it's done.
Does your mind have a hard time catching up with your body sometimes?
